Delivery methods
We aim to deliver your purchase as quickly and securely as possible. We use DHL or Pallet Networks for deliveries dependant on weight and destination of your order.
Workwear delivery
Standard UK mainland delivery for workwear is £4.95 excluding VAT (£5.94 including VAT) per order, regardless of the number of items or workwear brands ordered.
For printing or embroidery, please contact us to agree your design, personalisation price and completion date.
Remote areas, islands and Northern Ireland require a delivery quotation before ordering. Orders containing building materials or other non-workwear goods may have a separate delivery charge, shown at checkout.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for any reason within 2 hours from ordering by getting in touch at info@beebm.co.uk
Returns
We hope you will not have to return your order. However, if there is anything incorrect you can contact us at info@beebm.co.uk and we will refund or exchange your purchase. Our returns policy for items bought in our online shop is 14 days. If the item is returned unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment card, usually within 10 working days.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refund on bagged items, tinted renders or paints and postage.
